Inspired by old cabinets of curiosities and their collections of unusual objects, our little beetle has the character of a miniature antique treasure.
Originally hand-carved in wax, each beetle retains the fine details and textures of the original sculpture.
Available in sterling silver, gold, or sterling silver with 24ct gold Keum Boo detailing.
The Keum Boo version is made using an ancient Korean gilding technique, where a fine layer of pure 24ct gold is fused directly onto the surface of sterling silver using heat and pressure. Unlike conventional gold plating, the gold is bonded to the silver, creating a beautiful, durable finish. Only the front of the beetle is gilded, giving it a rich, warm gold colour while the back remains silver.

Gold studs come with classic gold butterfly backs, while sterling silver and Keum Boo versions are fitted with sterling silver bullet clutch earring stoppers.
